View Your Store from Your Customer’s Perspective
The View as Customer for WooCommerce extension allows store admins to view their stores from a specific customer’s perspective and act as that customer. It provides admins with the ability to review what their customers see and help them correct errors and find solutions.
View as Customer for WooCommerce is a helpful tool for a variety of customer support issues. It can increase customer satisfaction and revenues. If a customer is confused but still wants to make a purchase, the ability to act as the customer ensures you can help them place their order.
The View as Customer for WooCommerce extension does not have any settings, once installed a View-as-Customer menu will appear on the WordPress admin bar on the frontend of the store. It will allow you to look up a specific customer and switch to view the store as that customer. To switch back to the admin account, admins must log out of customer accounts.
